We take a trip around world heritage sites in Kathmandu which are the major attraction points. Pashupatinath temple, Boudhhanathstupa, Swayambhunathstupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square are the areas we will be roaming around for the day. In the evening we pack our bags with proper clothing and trekking equipment. We stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla lets you enjoy the beauty of green hills with a background of snowy mountain peaks. The trek begins from Lukla and we head towards Phakding passing through Cheplung village enjoying the sight of Mount Khumbila. We stay for the night at Phakding.

We walk the trail passing through pine forest and crossing Dudh Koshi River. We then reach entrance to Everest National Park. Moving ahead, we reach Namche Bazaar, the famous Sherpa village. From Namche Bazaar we can have sight of Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse. We spend the night at Namche Bazaar.

We stay for a day at Namche Bazaar to adjust with the altitude condition. Namche Bazaar is the main market area of the region with small local tea houses, restaurants, shops and trading areas around. We explore the areas observing the traditional and cultural Sherpa life. We can also choose to hike to Sagarmatha National Park from where the beautiful sight of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam and others can be visible. Rare species of flora and fauna can be spotted along the way. We end the day thus and get a good night’s sleep in hotel at Namche Bazaar.

The trek passes through Dudh koshi river and along lush rhododendron forest. Heading ahead to Tengboche, the beautiful view of Mount Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Nuptse and Mount Ama Dablam greet you along the way. Reaching Tengboche we get to visit the most famous and largest monastery in the region called Tengboche monastery. We conclude the day’s trek at Tengboche.

We leave Tengboche and start the walk downhill through the forest and then crossing the river along the way. Then we walk uphill towards Pagboche, a dense settlement area which lies at the lap of Mount Ama Dablam, Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse. We can see people walking with Yaks carrying the goods. We then reach Somare from where the trail separates towards Pheriche and Dingboche. We take the trail to Pherche and spend the night there at Pheriche.

Today we take rest and explore the areas around Pheriche and observe culture and lifestyle of people. We move around in order to adjust our body to the thinning air density. We may also hike a little to have pleasant view of mountain ranges around. We spend the day strolling around and spend the night at a lodge in Pheriche.

We leave Pheriche and head ahead where the trail that leads us towards Imja valley. From there the steep uphill walk takes us to Dugla. Moving ahead we pass through Khumbu Khola valley and Dughla. From Dughla we get to view Mount Nuptse and Mount Pumori. We move through the trail enjoying the beautiful view of valley. We reach Lobuche after the uphill climb and finally end the day.

We start or trek early from Lobuche and head towards Lobuche Base Camp. We walk for some time over the flat trail and then the trail gets steeper and rocky. We walk through the Lobuche glacier enjoying the great view of mountains around. After quite a walk we finally reach the base camp. We then take rest for some time. We then get prepared for the summit tomorrow. Our guides will brief you on safety measures and about proper ways of using gears and equipments. Camp night at base camp.

Today we will be walking from Base Camp to high camp. It takes around 4 hours to reach the high camp. The trail is rocky and snowy. We need to be extra careful when walking through such risky trails. We then reach the high camp. We set up our camp and enjoy the views around. We walk around for some time to help in acclimatization. Night at the camp.

Today is the most awaited day of this trek. We start the trek early in the morning walking up towards the summit. We walk though the eastern side of the peak that offers panoramic view of many mountain peaks. The walk can get tough and slippery. We should carefully make use of the climbing gears and equipments. Upon reaching the summit of the peak we go speechless by seeing the magnificent beauties around. We get the enchanting view of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori and many other peaks around. We celebrate our success over scaling the peak. We take pictures and enjoy the moment together. We then return back to the high camp, base camp and to Louche. Night at Lobuche.

We leave Lobuche early in the morning and head towards Namche Bazaar. We walk though the village area and through rhododendron forest. There will be some uphill and downhill walking until we reach Namche Bazaar. Upon reaching Namche Bazaar we take rest for some time and prepare for our night’s stay there.

We take the rocky trail downward toward Dudh Koshi river. Upon crossing the river we head towards Lukla and give a rest to our aching body.

We take a flight back to Kathmandu and upon reaching Kathmandu we might roam around the city for some souvenir shopping. We organize farewell dinner for you and celebrate successful completion of trek and share our memories and stories together.

Today is the final day and we get ready for the departure. We offer you the facility to drop at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We exchange final greetings and wishes and hope to see each other next time as well. We wish pleasant journey and bid the final goodbye.
