We leave Kathmandu and head towards the western side through the highway road. The drive moves along the winding path with huge Trishuli river on our right. The beautiful view of green hills, villages, forests and terraced farms gives us company throughout the drive. After the long drive we finally reach Pokhara, the major tourist destination in Nepal and which also famous for number of lakes. We will walk around the city for some time and spend our night at the hotel there.

We leave Pokhara early after breakfast and head ahead with a drive towards Phedi. After the short drive we reach Phedi. From here the trek on foot formally begins. We started walking through the village areas and passing by the cultivation areas. The surrounding view gives the beautiful picture. We then reach Dhampus. Further, we head towards Pitam Deurali. After a while we reach Pitam Deurali village. From there we can have nice view of mountains like Mount Annapurna, Mardi Himal, and Machhapuchhre. We will spend the night at Pitam Deurali.

Leaving Pitam Deurali behind we head towards Forest Camp. We walk through the tranquil trail through the rhododendron forest which offers the beautiful sight during the walk. We walk ahead until we reach the Forest Camp. Once there we will take rest for time and spend rest of the time exploring around. We will spend the night at Forest Camp.

We will start the trek for the day by walking ahead from the Forest Camp. We will walk for some time through the forest area. The rich natural beauty we see around is really admirable. The walk continues till Low camp. Upon reaching Low Camp we take rest for some time and spend the time enjoying the beauty around. From the camp we can get the best view of Mount Machhepuchhre (Mount Fishtail). Night at Low Camp.

We start the trek by taking the walk uphill through rhododendron bushes on our sides. The walk ahead will take us closer to Mardi Himal and Mount Machhapuchhre. We will continue walking for some more time until we finally reach the High Camp. We can get the splendid view of mountains from there. We will spend rest of our time enjoying the beauty around. The night will be spent at High Camp.

Today we will walk further uphill. We will have to pass few uphill and downhill trails on our way to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The trail here is more rough and rugged. The most exciting part of this trek is reaching the base camp from where we can get closest view of number of peaks like Mount Annapurna, Mardi Himal, Mount Hiuchuli, Mount Machhapuchhre and other number of peaks. Once at the base camp we will spend time taking picture together and getting engrossed in the splendid view surrounding us. Then we will head back to the High Camp and prepare for our night’s stay.

From the High Camp we will follow the trail that will take us to Sidhing. We enjoy walk ahead with picturesque landscapes accompanying us throughout. The trail is not so difficult here and the walk gets pleasing. We come to the stop once we reach the village of Sidhing and get prepared for the night’s stay.

We leave Sidhing and head towards Lumre. We will walk through the easy trail for couple of hours. We will then finally reach Lumre. Our trek on foot comes to an end here. From Lumre we will take the drive to Pokhara. After few hours we will reach Pokhara. Once there we will give rest to our tired muscles at the hotel and spend our evening walking around the tourist areas. Night at Pokhara.

Today we head back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. We take good rest and soothe our aching muscles. We also muse over the exciting trek we had. At Kathmandu we organize farewell dinner for you and celebrate successful completion of trek and prepare for final departure.

Today is the final day and we get ready for the departure. We offer you the facility to drop at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We exchange final greetings and wishes and hope to see each other next time as well. We wish pleasant journey and bid the final goodbye.
