The trail settles at the Gurung village of Ghandruk for the day. At Ghandruk, you can relish the sights of the Annapurna Himalayas while enjoying the Gurung hospitality and culture. From Ghandruk, you follow the popular trails along the Annapurna foothills for the first few days and trek past through magnificent rhododendron forests. You’ll reach the Khopra lodge (3660m) after passing Bayeli Kharka and Chistibung. You’ll wake up with the amazing sight of a beautiful sunrise with the panorama of Himalayas. You’ll indulge in Yoga every morning and evening throughout the trail. On the descent, you’ll retrace your path and trek down through oak and rhododendron forests. The first day of the trek only accounts for a short climb of around 2 hours through the stone-steps to Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village. From here, you can catch the beautiful views of Annapurna South (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and Machhapuchhre (6997m) from the village. In the evening, you’ll indulge in a full Yoga session before having your dinner.
After an early morning Yoga session, you’ll leave Ghandruk to continue uphill through the forested trail to reach Deurali. The day begins with a pleasant morning Yoga session in the company of the Himalayas. Leaving Tadapani, you’ll take a detour into the wilderness. A long walk from Tadapani will take you through rhododendron and oak forests towards Bayeli Kharka. The trail ascends above the tree line and follows a narrow ridge to Deurali and then heads directly to Bayeli Kharka. From here, you can catch the beautiful sight of Mount Dhaulagiri (8167m) and do yoga before ending the day.
After an early morning Yoga session, you’ll head forward through the grassy slope and green pastures. If you’re lucky, you can catch the sight of Danphe or Himalayan Monal, the national bird of Nepal. Leaving Bayeli Kharka, you’ll head out to Chistibung village. The trekking trail runs in along the foothills of the Annapurna South (7219m) and rests at the Chistibung village. Overnight at a community lodge with an evening Yoga session.

Along the way, you can catch the beautiful sights of the surrounding with Annapurna ranges shining in the background. You practice dong some yoga sessions before you conclude the events for the day.
