If you love to travel through the wilds and along the rough and rugged terrain and through the less travelled trail, the Nar Phu trek is the one for you.
This trek will take you through many villages where you will get to experience the traditional culture and lifestyle from close. Mostly Mongolian tribes reside in this region. The warm hospitality offered by the Nepalese people at the lodges and tea houses along the way is appreciative. The vast cultivation areas and pasture land for yak grazing looks simply beautiful with the mountainous beauty in the background. The village areas have various chortens, gompas and monasteries. The major highlight of this trek is visiting the Nar and Phu valley. These valleys are often called the hidden valleys as they are situated at the remote area. The settlement areas here are uniquely built and this will give you a chance to understand the remote lifestyle from close. Overall, this trek offers you variety of experiences of walking through the rugged terrain along with enjoying the beauty of wilderness.
